Nāia te pōwhiri nā Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha kia tono mai i te tūranga nei._ **Āu Mahi | What You Will Do** **Mōu | Who You Are** You are an experienced Learning Designer with at least 3 years' experience in online or hybrid course design, ideally in a tertiary education setting. You will also bring: - A tertiary qualification (Level 7 or higher) in Education, Learning Design, Instructional Design, e-Learning, or a related field. - Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to document, explain, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. - A sound understanding of learning and assessment design principles, with a focus on innovation and student engagement. - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment. - Experience supporting the development of biculturally responsive learning and/or a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi. - A proactive and collaborative mindset, and a strong "can-do" attitude. - Familiarity with educational technologies and blended learning tools. - Competency in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga is an advantage. - An alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
