**Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to take ownership of functional and non-functional testing for one of our leading NZ-owned client. You will be working alongside a great team to develop comprehensive test plans in line with the overall Quality Engineering Strategy.

**What you will be doing**:

- Functional and non-functional testing, UI testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing to maximise value delivery through quality releases
- Review functional and design specifications, Epics and User Stories to ensure testability is fully understood across the feature roadmap
- Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plans within project scopes
- Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery requirements

**What is expected from you**:

- Hold an ISTQB Foundation Certificate with one or more advanced or expert certificates within any of the Agile, Core, or Specialist Portfolios (or equivalent)
- Solid experience in a Test/Quality Analyst role, specifically in Gherkin/BDD and ‘shift left’
- Basic knowledge of RESTful API’s, microservices and modern architecture patterns
- Proficiency in API testing principles and tools such as Postman, Fiddler or similar
- Basic SQL familiarity
- A passion for technology and Product
- An Agile mindset with a deep understanding of Agile principles and tools (Jira, DevOps, Slack)
- A clear and confident verbal communication style
