**About the Role**
Due to company growth, we are looking for a Services Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting the Building Services Team to provide administerial support to ensure all installations of building services are completed on time and to a high standard.
**Duties**:
- Processing documents as required in a timely manner
- Working with Building Services and Project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicating with Trade Partners to schedule in works and provide appropriate paperwork
- Organising and attending client and site coordination meetings, typing up minutes as needed
- Compiling O&M (Operation and Maintenance) documentation.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience as an administrator/coordinator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with technical documentation and performing document control
- Solid organisation and time management skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working on large scale commercial builds would be beneficial
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HVAC Mechanical Engineering or similar would be an advantage
