We are looking for a full-time service & retail administrator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for the great outdoors and marine industry.
We take pride in our extensive product knowledge and genuine interest in all things marine, so a willingness to learn about our products is essential.
We need someone who can work well in a team setting, communicate well with others, and multitask effectively.
**About the company**
Our company is an Auckland-Northland dealer of boats. We also specialize in Yamaha Outboards and a range of marine products. The company has over 70 years of experience in the New Zealand marine industry, offering trusted after sales service on both new and used boats and Yamaha outboards.
**About the role**
Our customers come to us for expert advice, services, and top of the range products so you will need to be comfortable talking to a range of people.
As the service & retail administrator, you will be responsible for responding to and dealing with customers in an efficient manner.
The role requires you to work Monday to Friday, as well as most Saturday mornings.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
taking service bookings, updates on current service jobs, and general questions
- Ordering Yamaha parts for the service team
- Providing excellent customer service
- General Invoicing
- And other diverse tasks that offer variety and forward-thinking
- Hourly payrate negotiable on experience
