**Responsibilities**Lead Continuous Improvement**: Own and execute the Bluebird CI strategy and annual priorities, ensuring ongoing performance enhancements.**Strategic & Structural Planning**: Identify future asset and workforce needs to meet evolving customer and business requirements.**Financial & Operational Delivery**: Achieve AOP financial targets and pursue above-plan opportunities to drive cost and performance efficiencies.**People Leadership & Development**: Inspire and engage teams through strong leadership, coaching, and implementation of a robust people strategy focused on capability, culture and KPI ownership.**Quality, Safety & Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, quality and legislative health and safety standards across all operations.**Customer & Stakeholder Focus**: Drive exceptional customer service, act as a role model of corporate values, and influence best practices across all levels of the organisation.

**About You**Proven Leadership & People Development**: Extensive experience leading, coaching, and empowering teams across all levels, including managing workgroups and navigating crisis situations, while driving a performance
- and team-focused culture.**Food Manufacturing Expertise**: Strong background in food production environments with in-depth knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and best manufacturing practices.-
**Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen**: Solid understanding of budget management, financial reporting, and commercial drivers, with a track record of implementing effective, practical solutions in complex manufacturing settings.**EHS & Compliance Knowledge**: Well-versed in current Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practices and legislative requirements, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality operations.**Influential Communicator**: Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to inspire, build trust, and foster collaboration across operational teams and leadership levels.
