**About the role - Front Office Assistant**:
You will be there to ensure all guests are welcomed and farewelled ensuring their arrival and departure experience is seamless while being fluent with Quest Apartments standards. You will need to be able to work 2-3 days across rotational shifts, including at least one weekend day/shift. Currently this equates to roughly 10-15 hours per week. You will handle all guest, internal customer enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
**What we need from you**:
- Available to work shifts including weekends, with flexibility provided for students according to their university schedule. (Reception timings are 7am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on weekends and Public Holidays)
- Available for after-hours duty management (on-call, in the leisure of your apartment) every 3rd week. This would mean you would get fully furnished accommodation plus an on call allowance the week you are completing after hours duty management. More information will be provided at the interview stage.
- Well-developed Communication (good hold of written and verbal English is essential) and Customer Relations Skills.
- Well-developed Computer Skills particularly MS Office, and Outlook
- University Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desired but not essential.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer facing role, however full training will be provided.
- Must have legal working rights in New Zealand for minimum 1 year period.
- Experience in Hotel Property Management system (preferably RMS) will be an added advantage
