Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Front Office Team Leader wishing to take the next step up in one’s career and use their talent to create a vibrant culture within the Front Office team at the largest Accor property in New Zealand.
- Coaching the team to ensure that every member is confident in providing valuable insider information about tourist attractions and restaurants to hotel guests
- Assist in the hotel Front Office Operations
- Establish on-going On the Job Training within the department to meet brand and service essentials, using department procedure manuals as a base for all service procedures and training.
- Assisting in recruitment activities, seeking staff who are passionate and have a natural inclination towards customer focused service.
**Qualifications**
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, ideally you also have:
- Previous Front Office experience is essential, as well as a proven track record of managing and motivating a team
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud has its advantageous
- Exposure in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
- Ability to remain calm and diplomatic when under pressure, providing flexible solutions throughout
- Be a skilled negotiator to resolve a range of guest and employee concerns
- Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication - both verbal &written
- Hold a Valid New Zealand's Drivers Licence
