Service Coordinator - Wellington - Temp to Perm

We are thrilled to be partnering with a reputable, local Construction Services organisation who are looking to grow their support team. They are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join them on a full time basis in their Wellington office. This Is a great opportunity for someone to continue to develop their career in the industry. We are currently open to applicants looking at both temporary and fixed term opportunities.

**Your new role**

As Service Coordinator you will be responsible for planning and scheduling labour resources, subcontractors, and materials with maximum efficiency. You will maintain regular contact with tradesman and contractors to ensure they are well supported to carry out the tasks required. As well as this you will prepare and report at a weekly production meeting to update key stakeholders and forward plan. You will also prepare invoices and payment claims for completed assignments, keeping on top of all filing and other administration.
