**About The Role**:
Step into a leadership role and guide a talented team to deliver world-class digital experiences that power Aotearoa’s future. Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you'll be at the forefront of creating innovative strategies and ensuring seamless product delivery. Here's what you can expect in your day-to-day:

- Develop and maintain product visions and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Lead prioritization workshops to ensure efficient resource allocation and delivery.
- Oversee vendor management to drive contract efficiencies and delivery excellence.
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring robust mitigation strategies are in place.

Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- 5+ years’ experience in product/portfolio management, with proven results in customer and commercial success.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and leading large-scale projects.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders.

Strong risk management capabilities, paired with financial acumen to deliver positive ROI.
