The Role
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for working with customers, the Datacom Customer Group and across Datacom to organise and progress delivery of a wide range of solutions from traditional IT Outsourcing Services to Cloud, Cyber Security, Digital Platforms and Applications Day to day tasks will include such things as working with services teams ensuring that we are delivering to our contractual obligations, extracting reports for review, identifying opportunities to improve our customer’s experience, mitigating risk around projects and BAU operations whilst building strong and long term relationships with our customer and our delivery teams.c. This Hamilton based position is a direct report to the GM Service Delivery and Assurance based in Auckland and will play a key part within the wider Service Delivery Community.
The Person
We are looking for someone that is obsessed with getting an outcome for customers and able to build networks both internally and externally. The Service Delivery Manager will also need to produce work that is of a high quality and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to have an understanding IT and IT processes. The ability to maintain close relationships is critical so excellent interpersonal skills is a must, and previous IT and or Cloud Service Delivery Management experience would be really advantageous.
This person would also be familiar with Agile ways or working and has a high AQ that allows them to work in a way that fits our customers culture and delivers value to them. It would be an advantage to have had exposure to or has worked as a Scrum Master.
