**About the Role**

This role is responsible for executing LIC's digital channel strategy and the operational management of LIC's digital channels (website, intranet, and the e-commerce shop) and digital media. This role works closely with key stakeholders and further develops the digital footprint to drive customer engagement and sales growth.

This role will:

- Develop the digital channel strategy roadmap, working with stakeholders to understand needs and commercial drivers.
- Manage content integrity and functionality across the LIC website.
- Work closely with vendors, web designers / developers to actively manage execution of digital strategies; Troubleshoot and resolve development and production issues as they arise.
- Maintain the brand guides and standards for digital content including tone, voice, and style.
- Manage the Digital Designer.
- Provide design advice, graphic design and media technology support to the Digital Designer, and wider team as required.

**About You**

We are seeking a digital professional who has sound experience in digital brand, websites, content management systems and writing for the web. You will also have solid experience in successfully leveraging digital channels for both sales and service. Your experience will include creating and managing digital content, vendor and stakeholder management, digital marketing, SEO, analytics and developing website functionality to further enhance usability and customer satisfaction. Digital design and photography / videography skills are also required. The ability to develop and deliver digital strategies for the digital channels will be important.

You will have:

- Over 2 years of Digital Channel Management experience (including day-to-day operations of e-commerce, digital marketing, SEM/SEO, and developing website content/functionality) and a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication (written, reporting, verbal) and collaboration skills including ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across business lines.
- Very good organisational skills and a structured work approach.
- Strong technology understanding with a particular emphasis on emerging digital opportunities, and experience in the development or delivery of digital/mobile technologies.
- Experience in web and print design, skills in still photography and video production, and digital design skills using software such as Adobe Creative.
