Locally grown in the Waikato, our 20-year journey has been go, go, go with the development of more than 400 websites (still counting) and support for thousands of users We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Producer/Account Manager to join our tight knit and highly adaptable team In this client-facing role you will use your project management skills to work directly with our clients and various stakeholders on a variety of projects. **Description**: **The opportunity**: As the Digital Producer/Account Manager you will be working with local and national businesses across many industries including agriculture, education, transportation, construction, professional services, and social enterprises. This role will involve the planning, support, and delivery of client projects and plays an integral part in the end-to-end client activation process: From translating sales contracts and client requirements into detailed and actionable project plans, to mobilising and supporting effective client communications. **What you’ll be doing day-to-day**: Working with a multi-disciplined team to deliver websites and digital projects Participating in internal process improvements, quality control, risk assessment, management, and other efficiency measures Resolving obstacles to keep the project on track and establishing contingency plans with backup resources, time and cost management for any anticipated delay and staying involved from initiation to project closure Engaging with clients and stakeholders on details of the project's progression which include budgets, milestones, and analyses of implementation Supporting the workflow of a production team including designers and developers Supporting the accounts and creative team in developing the execution plan for digital programs Managing the creation of quotes and invoices for projects as well as reporting and general administration Preparing user guidelines and providing CMS (Content Management System) training to end users **Skills and Experiences**: **What would make you ideal**: Experience with small to medium websites, mobile apps, business solutions, digital products, EDM’s, and marketing assets Creative, inquisitive, inventive, and deeply passionate about brilliant design and technology "Collaboration" is your middle name. You have honed your style to work with other team members and clients to get a great outcome At ease managing projects between in-house designers, and the rest of the team Understand digital platforms, web analytics reporting, some SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) Have an eye for detail and the skills to author documentation including statements of work, high level requirements, timelines, flowcharts Have the required resilience to work in a fast-paced environment Business-minded with an understanding of the importance of building trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders Ability to get to the heart of a customer’s needs and translate that into effective solutions **You will need**: 3+ years’ experience working in an agency environment or managing project/work streams or similar role A natural flair for planning and prioritising work and a passion for optimising work processes A high level of accountability and the instinct to take ownership and easily multitask between various projects Knowledgeable about web concepts, and understanding web success drivers Action-oriented, with the ability to work to deadlines Naturally people-centric with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them to non-technical stakeholders A team player who wants to develop themselves and contribute to the success of the team What’s in it for you?
