We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on a 6 month contract to join the Transport Internal Recruitment team, based out of our Kerrs Rd, Wiri office. Full training is on offer for someone with a great attitude and solid admin skills.

- Advertising vacancies
- Pre-screening applicants
- Coordination of interviews and references
- Processing pre-employment checks, collation of paperwork and onboarding new starters
- Monitoring our Recruitment Inboxes and 0800 helpline
- Career expo and community event involvement
- Participation in continuous improvement projects

- A curious & tech-savvy nature with the ability to confidently operate the MS Office suite and pick up new processes & systems quickly
- A degree in HR, Management, or Marketing would be advantageous but is not required
