**Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position**
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be supporting the full recruitment life cycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Assisting with offers on behalf of hiring managers, including negotiating start dates, salaries, and contract details
- Coordinating approvals, preparing contracts, and processing employment variations
- Completing onboarding tasks such as setting up new hires in HR systems, processing documentation, coordinating IT and equipment setup, and ensuring everything is in place for their first day.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, offering the chance to develop recruitment experience while working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a busy environment. You'll bring:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to use your initiative
- At least 12 months' experience in a busy administration or coordination role (HR experience is a bonus but not essential)
