**About the role**

Reporting to the Chief People Officer and supported by the Talent Specialist, as **Recruitment Coordinator** you'll form part of the People Team based in the iconic Ferry Building in Auckland central.

This permanent full-time role will see you finding and securing the best talent available through pro-active sourcing techniques while building our brand as an employer of choice. This is an end-to-end recruitment role (including induction and orientation) which will see you recruit for varied roles from bus drivers and crew onboard our vessels, to marine electricians and logistics specialists.

**About you**

To hit the ground running you’ll hold at least two years recruitment experience gained in a fast-paced environment where you utilised your ability to flex your style or approach, in order to influence and achieve positive outcomes with all your stakeholders.

We’re seeking a go-getter with the ability to implement ideas and suggestions effectively by pulling in support when needed. Due to the nature of the role, you’ll have a keen eye for detail with a sense of urgency, working quickly and efficiently.

The roles you'll be recruiting for are diverse in nature with different rosters, locations and other complexities, hence you'll ideally have experience in a shift-based operational environment.

Desirable, but not essential:

- High-volume or bulk recruitment experience
- Exposure in a marine, tourism, transport, retail or related environment
- Love of the water and pride in Auckland and the Hauraki Gulf.
