**The Role**

Reporting to Finance Manager, this position is responsible to perform procurement billing duties including, supplier invoice entries, reviewing procurement related supplier statement reconciliation, conducting gross margin analyses, preparing procurement reports and overseeing stock management

Other duties include:

- Oversee and manage internal orders including processes and procedures for internal procurement
- Ensure AP and AR procurement billing is accurate and processed in a timely manner for all branches
- To conduct accounting duties including, gross margin analysis, assisting with tb reconciliations, monthly and year end procurement reporting and working closely with auditors
- Oversee monthly and annual stock takes; provide variance analysis and other reporting requirement as needed
- Process improvement and documentation for respective area
- To recognize the need for improved systems and processes, report on opportunities and develop new operational structures.

**Skills and experience**

We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail. Along with this, you will also have:

- Experience in procurement billing, accounts payable and receivable
- A strong team player who can work autonomously
- Have a high level of attention to detail, time management, be able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills
