At Toyota New Zealand customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do.

Based at our recently renovated head office (complete with an immersion zone that includes a pool table, motor sport simulator, couches, quiet space and much more). This fixed term (12 months maternity leave cover) role will primarily see you responsible for providing insights to support marketing activity across the customer journey. This role is all about using your analytical skills to understand and engage customers and enhance their experience across a variety of marketing activity. Alongside this you will be able to understand and communicate data insights and customer experience needs to a wide range of operational and professional stakeholders within Toyota New Zealand.

What you will be doing:

- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets to anticipate and recommend marketing and operational opportunities- Supporting a comprehensive customer surveying programme using Qualtrics- Responding to data enquiries, including providing information to support responses and reporting- Using customer insights to determine a marketing audience strategy for direct communication, including nurture and call to action- Taking responsibility for our customer research programme, including testing, deployment and continually evaluate these for improvementsAbout you:
Data analysis and research insights are where your heart lies however, alongside your strong analytical skills you will have a genuine interest in understanding the customer experience and how the two complement each other within Toyota NZ.

Ideally you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar role centred around data analysis or market research (2+ years)- A natural aptitude for interpreting data along with a high degree of numeracy- A confident nature and the ability to present to an experienced audience- Experience with Qualtrics is preferred. Experience in Salesforce would also be advantageous.A bit about us:
