**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a 9-month fixed term **Brand Manager** In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing profitable and successful marketing strategies and plans for a defined GWF NZ Baking brand and channel. Specifically, this role takes ownership for the leadership, direction and management of the marketing, NPD and category strategies within the Golden & trading brands portfolio. This role will be 32 hours per week. We are flexible in how these are worked.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Setting and delivering against the strategic direction for Golden and our trading brands, setting the brand plans and optimising brand positioning and range
- Successfully manage and champion new product development. Managing the process from concept development to implementation, delivering measurable results within set lead times and cost constraints
- Effectively manage communications between all internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for delivery of the GWF NZ Baking marketing strategy.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with experienced in the Brand Marketing space. Ideally your experience will be from within FMCG. You will be a strategic thought leader and have the ability to think outside the square. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate to a broad audience. Have the ability to manage budgets, NPD & successfully manage brands to strategy and deadlines.
