We have a number of **6-month fixed term roles** we are looking for individuals who are flexible, motivated and have initiative to work within the Tip Top Bun & Roll Production team when the individual departments have gaps created by people on leave or training.

In order to be able to work across all Tip Top Bun & Roll Production teams, **you MUST meet the below requirements to be considered**:

- Be able to frequently lift **25kgs** throughout your shift
- Lift overhead height
- Comfortable working in a hot environment
- There is a health and safety requirement to wear **a full respirator mask** for the **full shift** due to the flour dust - for an effective seal you will need to be clean shaven.
- Minimum 1-2 years baking or manufacturing experience is required

Due to the nature of these roles, there will be requirement to be flexible around shift start and finish times **(**up to 2 hours either side of the shift timings)**, to cover any short term or long-term gaps created by people on leave, training or other business needs. The shift times that we are recruiting for are:

Please note **we operate 7 days per week across the site,** and there may be opportunities for overtime. We are only closed on Christmas Day and Easter Friday - all other public holidays are worked as a normal day.
