Our people need to support and foster this approach in all they do. **About the Role**: We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our supportive team as a "Fixed Term Cleaner for 4 weeks" at Woodfall Home and Hospital-Fielding. **In this role you will**: - Carry out housekeeping duties to ensure an excellent level of cleanliness and hygiene. - Observe all health and safety precautions for the protection of residents, staff and visitors. - Work closely with and support your colleagues. The role may include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and carpet shampooing, dusting and polishing, removing dirt and rubbish, cleaning, disinfecting, clearing spills and making beds. Providing services in a pleasant and courteous manner which is respectful of individual privacy, dignity and personal property. **About you** - Experience preferred but not essential. - Excellent attention to detail. - Capable of managing challenging behaviours. - Good communication and listening skills. - High energy, enthusiasm and a team player. - Be punctual, reliable and honest. **Benefits**: - Experience and qualifications recognised with attractive hourly rates. - Casual role with a possibility to turn into permanent role. - Highly supportive management team. - Receive ongoing support for your professional development. **Summary of role requirements**: - 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role. - Working rights required for this role. **NOTE**: Applicants should be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
