We’re on the hunt for a Senior Account Director to work out of our Auckland office on a portfolio of NZ’s most loved brands.

**You**
Currently SAD level with demonstrated experience of 7-8 years in client servicing roles, you will have strong interpersonal skills, and the natural ability to build relationships and collaborate across all functions and levels. You’ll love strategy as much as you love the work. You’ll have proven performance in spotting and converting creative opportunities to grow our clients business - and keep growing. And you’ll be able to manage a team and know how to expertly get work done.

**Key attributes will include**
- Outstanding client management and project management skills and proven ability to work across a range of projects in a thought leadership role
- Ability to provide insight to help shape the clients’ long term strategies.
- A love of creative, process and collaboration
- Proactivity, hunger, and intuition to seek out opportunities
- Senior suiting requirements are not new to you, day-to-day BAU client servicing responsibilities will be honed, buttoned down, and slick
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and developing a team
