Senior Account Director

Location: Wellington | Full-time

We're on the lookout for a superstar Senior Account Director to join our crack Wellington team.

You'll be someone who:

  • Brings experience from a similar senior client service role
  • Has good vibes and a sharp mind, is positive, people-smart, and always down for a bit of banter (we don't take ourselves too seriously, even when the work is)
  • Is a strategic thinker and skilled in the art of negotiation
  • Knows how to bring people together to deliver
  • Has led a team (or a direct report) and mentored and had their back
  • Is resilient and can hold it together when the going gets tough
  • Loves problem solving and brings intuitive decision-making abilities

What you'll do:

  • Champion the work and encourage this approach within your team
  • Manage budgets, and contribute to achieving margins and profitability.
  • Be a trusted client partner and orchestrator that contributes to delivering outstanding campaigns and solutions
  • Team player -build great relationships with your colleagues and be an upfront, no nonsense collaborator that everyone wants to work with

Be a coach, mentor and develop your direct reports, providing a high level of motivational leadership and support.
