At the heart of everything we do is one purpose - to create great ideas across all channels that put the Woolworths customer first. **The Opportunity** As an Account Director/Senior Account Director you’ll bring ideas to life by strategically leading client relationships and overseeing integrated, digital, social content and branding projects. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our growth by building and leveraging trusted relationships with all Greenhouse partners. The growth that helps Greenhouse and M&C Saatchi create big ambitions. **A snapshot of what you'll do** - Act as the go-to person, responsive to client requests, expectations and business requirements - Builds and nurture beneficial working relationships with the wider agency team through actively listening and seeking guidance - Seek to understand the Woolworths business and seeks ways to add value and drive the client business in terms of creative product, market share and brand recognition - Strategically drive the client category anticipating potential competitive threats or opportunities and making recommendations - Lead fully integrated projects internally, oversee workflow and leveraging all disciplines, particularly digital communications **Skills & Attributes** - Proven experience in a creative advertising agency as an Account Director/Senior Account Director - Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment with demonstrated leadership skills - Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - a confident, credible presenter - Action-orientated: Sees things that need doing - and takes action - Proven experience managing digital campaigns and digital communications projects **What WE value MOST** - Walk in different worlds - Make Uncommon Sense - Run Towards the Fire (except if there is an actual fire when we run away from it) - Roll as one - Be excellent to each other **Best Bits About Working With Us** Our big benefits fuel our big ambitions.
