We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Employment Lawyer to join our national team, providing legal advice and representation to a wide range of clients.
As a trusted confidant you’ll advise clients across the spectrum of employment law issues, including disciplinary and performance management, termination of employment, workplace investigations, and personal grievances; and regularly represent clients in mediation and court proceedings. Further to this, you’ll be required to draft employment agreements, policies, and procedures.
You’ll enjoy the independence of running files by yourself, have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and provide training to client teams on employment law matters. As a member of the wider Wynn Williams team, you’ll also work with other specialist lawyers as part of a wraparound approach to supporting our clients’ needs.
