The Opportunity

Supporting the National Manager of Employee Benefits & Health, this exciting role will provide support, influence direction, propose changes, interact with all levels of the business on a daily basis.

As a member of the sales-team you will be an individual who is highly organised and have the ability to communicate across a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders.

You will become a super-user of the Aon sales pipe-lining system (Aon Connect) and be a champion of the business processes they support.

You will be responsible for:

- General office support and assistance with production of Word, PowerPoint, Excel documents and presentations
- Employee Benefits scheme/programme administration for selected plans
- Working collaboratively with Business Development Manager and Senior Account Managers and provide pro-active support
- Partnering with the divisional management, other sales/ marketing functions, business improvement teams and IT to further implement/ embed the Aon Connect platform
- Championing best practices around data and sales pipe-line management, being an advocate for data quality
- Researching new business opportunities for the national Specialties sales team
- Assisting in the preparation for new business meetings and involvement in strategy sessions
- Coordination and preparation of new business documentation including capability reports, risk and insurance reviews, tender responses, and presentations
- Using initiative and a pro-active mentality working to resolve issues, problems, or projects

- Strong administration capabilities with advanced PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to show initiative and take ownership for ongoing projects
- A high degree of resilience and an outcome-focused approach supported by your ability to effectively communicate to a senior audience
- An ability to work and communicate closely with all members of the team
