**The Opportunity and Job Description**

We currently have an opportunity for an administrator/customer service representative to join our WorkAon team as a Claims Manager - WorkAon. The WorkAon division of Aon New Zealand is the leading NZ provider of injury services management.

This role would see you supporting our clients in administering their work injury claims. As a key point of contact for both our clients and their employee’s, you will engage with a broad range of people.

Your role would include:

- Providing recommendations for cover and entitlements on claims
- Assessing entitlement to Weekly Compensation
- Preparing electronic files for claims
- Liaising with employer’s, payroll and injured workers

**About you**

You are self-motivated enjoy working on multiple tasks. You thrive on an environment where no two days are alike and working with constantly changing priorities.

To be successful, you should have:

- Excellent time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be analytical and problem solve
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (eg/ Word, Outlook, Excel)
