**The Opportunity**

Aon seeks a highly analytical Quality Assurance Analyst with a strategic mindset. This role can be based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch and will play a critical role in identifying and resolving complex issues impacting our insurance products. This role requires a unique blend of meticulous attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.

Experience in the insurance or financial services, along with a risk management background, would be highly advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews and root cause analysis.
- Develop and implement solutions to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes efficiency and adherence to compliance.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

**Experience required**:

- Proven experience in QA/assurance, preferably within financial services or insurance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and interpret trends and patterns.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint preferred).
