**About the role**

**Where you’ll make an impact**
- Provide leadership and direction of the support function within Application Services.
- Own end to end support resolution, including triage and resolution of support calls and escalation with vendor(s) where appropriate.
- Test and implement patches for enhancements and bug fixes, following the agreed change process.
- Work proactively with system user stakeholder groups to understand patterns of technical support issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and other system documentation.
- Manage system environments and software releases.

**What about you**:

- Tertiary qualification in ICT or related, or equivalent role-based experience.
- ITIL Foundation certified.
- Experience leading the successful delivery of one or more technology initiatives.
- Experience managing system environments.
- Experience with SQL / SQL Server preferred.
