We're looking for a talented and energetic person to join our Newmarket -based IT team. In this role you will work as part of a friendly, professional team and offer IT support to the people behind brands like Continental Cars BMW, Porsche, MINI, Ferrari, Audi, and Volkswagen - as well as a range of other leading names in commercial transport.

The support you offer will come in all forms including online, phone and in-person site visits, so we're looking for a personable, confident individual who enjoys working as part of a team. When things go wrong, you'll be keen to jump in and help us resolve major issues. You'll be office-based, working Mon-Fri (9am - 5.30pm), based in Newmarket in Auckland.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum of two years' experience in an enterprise IT environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems including Active Directory, Azure, SCCM, Intune, M365 Office Suite, SharePoint Online, and D365.
- The initiative and people skills to provide effective troubleshooting assistance.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service - you'll be clear, friendly, and concise.
- Good time management skills and proven ability to see projects through to completion.
