Fisher & Paykel Healthcare are a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of a range of innovative healthcare solutions, used in hospitals and at home, which improve patient care and outcomes, and make a difference to people’s lives. Following business growth, we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support our NZ Manufacturing Operations team. They are a large and busy portfolio who are critical to the achievement of our business success.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will support our leaders and team members across all people related processes and initiatives, including employment relations, building capability, and improvement projects. There is plenty to get your teeth into and an opportunity to really broaden your HR experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to shape how we work together, and with the business; they are really open to exploring how we can do things differently.

We are looking for someone with:

- Experience in an HR Advisor role, with solid Employment Relations experience
- Strong HR knowledge, together with good business and commercial awareness. You will be used to supporting across the full employee lifecycle and have a particular strength in employment relations.
- Has a customer focus, strong problem-solving skills, and the desire to improve and streamline the delivery of HR services
- Experience working with a HR information system and ability to analyse data to provide valuable insights to the business.
- The ability to form trusted relationships which enable you to partner successfully and influence our employees, leaders and your colleagues.
