**The difference you'll make**

As part of our NZ HR Leadership team, this role is responsible for leading and developing our workplace relations strategy and supporting the achievement of business objectives. You will lead our workplace relations team and be a trusted advisor to our business on a wide range of workplace relations matters. We have made some great progress since establishing this team and we are now looking for the right person to join our HR Leadership team to keep the good work going.

We are a company with a consistent growth strategy, providing an expanding range of innovative devices for use in respiratory care, acute care, surgery and the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. The patient is at the forefront of all we do, and our people have a true purpose when they come to work each day.

**What you’ll be doing**

As part of our NZ HR Leadership team, this role is responsible for leading and developing our workplace relations strategy and supporting the achievement of business objectives. You will lead our workplace relations team and be a trusted advisor to our business on a wide range of workplace relations matters. We have made some great progress since establishing this team and we are now looking for the right person to join our HR Leadership team to keep the good work going.

**The experience we'll need**

You will also lead the development and implementation of ER/IR strategies and processes and always be on the lookout for continuous improvement opportunities. Essential to this role is building and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders which proactively enhance our culture and mitigate workplace relations risks.

**What you’ll bring**:
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in managing workplace relations at a senior level within large, complex environments, including experience in negotiating large multi-union collective agreements. Fostering long term strong relationships with employees, senior leaders and unions is something you have demonstrated previously, and you will be passionate about the critical work you do.
