Whether you’re an experienced HR Advisor looking a flexible step up or seasoned HR professional seeking reduced hours, this role is ready to make your own. This role is an all-encompassing people position and needs someone who’s a true generalist. It’s the full gamut of HR, including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, ER, performance, remuneration, record administration, induction, and development. If you love variety and getting involved in all tasks big or small, then this is for you.
**Qualities & attributes we’re looking for**:

- Proven HR experience in NZ
- Sound understanding and knowledge of NZ Employment Laws
- Strong organisational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, warm, approachable and supportive personality
- Familiarity with social media recruiting
- Ability to coach others to ensure the business is compliant
- Exemplary attention to detail including excellent systems and Excel skills
- Personal integrity, sound judgement and ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Able to negotiate, influence and achieve outcomes through people
