We're looking for an energetic and organised recruitment professional — someone who's been supporting the process and is now ready to own it. If you've spent a couple of years as a Recruitment Coordinator or Administrator, this is the perfect opportunity to step up into an advisory role and work closely with hiring managers across the country.

What you'll do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected roles across our stores
  • Partner with hiring managers, providing recruitment advice and insights
  • Write engaging job adverts and create standout candidate experiences
  • Support internal mobility and employer branding initiatives
  • Collaborate with our wider People & Culture team

What you'll bring:

  • Around 2+ years' experience in recruitment coordination, talent administration, or HR support
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and desire to learn
  • A genuine passion for people and finding great talent
