We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduling and Payroll Analyst to join our Petone based team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll and rostering functions, maintaining data integrity, and supporting our employees with timely and accurate scheduling and pay. - Payroll Management: Handle all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Rostering: Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Discrepancy Management: Promptly address and resolve any payroll or scheduling discrepancies.
- Relationship Management: Provide efficient and timely support throughout the business.
- System Proficiency: Utilise rostering systems effectively and provide training and support to regional teams.
