Landscape Solutions is an industry leading open space maintenance with over 280 staff in New Zealand and over 400 in Australia. In Auckland, we deliver our services to local government and private commercial customers. Our team schedules and delivers over 10,000 jobs a month across a large geographic area including but not limited to mowing, gardening, vegetation control, sports turf, playground inspections and hard surface maintenance.

**The role**:
**- Reporting to the Contract Manager
- Managing the asset register and contract master data
- Maintaining the master contract operations schedule
- Collaborate with operational managers on scheduling requirements (assets, resource allocation, service times and frequencies)
- Managing the schedule upload timetable and process ensuring deadlines are met and a high degree of schedule accuracy is maintained
- Assist operational managers with schedule amendments post go-live
- Provide and assist with schedule performance reporting and analytics (experience with PowerBI will be advantageous)
- Maintaining the asset register in our job management software (vWork)
- Processing monthly asset variations for the EOM claim file
- Providing periodic and ad-hoc reporting to the management team
- Setting up hardware for staff including phones, tablets and laptops
- Managing the user licenses with our software and telecommunications providers
- Providing some technical support to staff (there is an IT support team to assist with this)
**About You**

You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be and advanced user of Microsoft Excel, understand high volume operations, ideally from experience in and industry that involves mobile workers and equipment undertaking thousands of jobs a month. You will enjoy working in a team with a diverse range of people and cultures. You will be passionate about enabling the team you work with to be successful as a direct result of how you perform your role.

**Skills/Quals**
**- Advanced in MS Excel
- Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, reporting and analytics
- An understanding of local government maintenance work would be an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- vWork and PowerBI experience would be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams & Excel
- Full Class 1 drivers licence
