**About the role**:As a scheduling coordinator, you will be liaising with the sub-contractors, field managers and the customers to ensure all their appointments are scheduled in line with the requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate of the work between the sub-contractors and the customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Forecasting the timeline of a project to accurately provide a project view of expected completion
- Schedule projects and work on the workflow management system
- Provide system generate reports to enable project performance and monitoring

**What are they looking for?**If you have worked in the telecommunications industry this would be a bonus, we are also looking for people who have a high level of customer service & administrative experience:

- Previous experience scheduling teams or employees to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills as you will be working closely with external and internal stakeholders
