Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role As a Technical Systems Analyst (TSA) / Senior TSA you will ensure the integrity, efficiency and accessibility on the Ministry's IT systems. This role is responsible for supporting / leading the ongoing operation and maintenance of IT systems by providing user support, maintaining system documentation, contributing to fault diagnosis and resolution, system enhancements, engaging with business users and vendors. The team will provide analysis and advice and support the administration, development and maintenance for systems.
You will ensure positive working relationships within the team and across teams to ensure a partnership approach is developed and maintained. In return we can offer you meaningful work with a leading Government Agency that supports flexible working in an inclusive work environment.
Mōu - About You
We are looking for someone inquiring and analytical with an eye for innovation and improvement. You will need the following skills and experience to be successful:
- Demonstrates technical competency in area of specialisation.
- Streamline systems and processes
- System administration and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work with a strong level of prioritisation
- Managing and maintaining documentation
- Ability write and interpret requirements and user stories
- Experience with the AzureDevOps would be advantageous
