Technical Support Customer Service Reps needed

**Your new company**

Your new company is a household name in the telecommunications industry. With a modern and fun office located in Takapuna, and values that put their people as number One, this business is looking at adding an entire new team of Technical Support Customer Service reps to help our their amazing customers. With a new brand and new ideas, it is the perfect time to join this outstanding company.

**Your new role**

Your new role will be to assist and help customers over the phone with their technical queries regarding products such as Broadband, Wi-fi, Mobile Phones and so on.

You will be providing outstanding customer service, as well as ongoing help to your customers by seeing the query through from start to finish.

This role is 40h a week and will be on a rotating roster - shifts will be anytime between 7am - 9pm, 7 days a week.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
- Do you love technology? You will need to be Tech Savvy for this role
- Empathy, patience and great rapport building skills
- Amazing problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- ** You must be able to work shifts as mentioned above, and be able to start mid-June**
