Customer Success Specialist

Kotahi is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to be an integral part of Kotahi's Operations team. This is a full time, fixed term opportunity to end of February 2026.
In this role you’ll:
- Deliver on customer expectations by ensuring timely and accurate responses to their requests
- Champion continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes with your Team Lead to enhance customer experience and relationships
- Manage customer feedback and complaints by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide prompt and effective solutions
- Resolve financial disputes by working closely with Finance, Account Management, and Vendor Management teams to address outstanding miscellaneous charges and drive resolutions.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers regarding operational challenges such as Late Gate In, missing CEDO, or container number discrepancies.
- Advocate for the customer by ensuring order turnaround times consistently meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).Foster strong operational relationships with carriers, CODA, and other key stakeholders across land and ocean transport processes.
You will be a natural problem solver and relationship builder, with the drive and curiosity to help enable better outcomes for our customers. You’ll bring a calm approach under pressure and a desire to grow your skills and experience in supply chain/logistics, supported by a great team. Good time management, communication and prioritisation skills are essential, along with the ability to build and manage effective relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Prior experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Ocean Freight is an advantage.
