We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Availability Champion to strengthen our dynamic purchasing and replenishment team. **Job Summary**:
As an availability champion, you'll be instrumental with the purchasing process of dry goods, replenishment & inventory management with some duty management. This role is your gateway to further your understanding of the complex dynamics of retail management, specifically in a small supermarket setting. It offers a brilliant chance for professional growth in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment.

**The Role**:

- Champion instore range and replenishment decisions for dry departments
- Undertake necessary administrative functions in the buying team.
- Ensuring all GSC requirements are met.
- Planning and organising the dry floor team for replenishment, inventory and service level needs
- Planning weekly, monthly and quarterly promotion mechanics
- Data maintenance and replenishment settings in conjunction with other team members
- Duty Management at times
- Reporting as needed.

**What are we looking for**:

- Someone with a great attitude, comfortable leading teams and dealing with reps and merchandisers.
- Strong SAP skills are a must.
- Experience in the supermarket industry.
- A love of retail and career aspirations to go further.
- Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Be able to communicate effectively.

**Days & Hours**:
Sunday to Thursday with flexible full-time hours
