**Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role**

In this role you will support quality workforce decision making through good management, analysis and reporting of workforce data. This includes maintaining the integrity of workforce data through regular processes, reporting and quality checks. You will undertake analysis of our data and provide regular and ad hoc reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

As part of the Workforce Capability team, you will support workforce initiatives through provision of evidence and modelling of workforce options. You will support and work closely with our Payroll, People Operations and Finance teams. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skill sets with coaching from our Principal Workforce Insights Analyst and through management support from the Head of Workforce Capability

You will also value being part of a broader team delivering diverse initiatives and services. We are interested in people with a digital mindset who will advocate for innovative solutions. You may already have specific experience in workforce analytics and/or HRIS or be willing and able to grow these particular skills.
