Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The primary purpose of the role is to provide workforce modelling and analysis, including advice on current and future workforce status, and models of care to address health needs. To maintain clinical training data and continuously improve data collection to advise on workforce planning. The role will also require the individual to contribute to engagement with internal and external stakeholders to make and inform evidence-based decisions.
Mōu | About you

**The ideal person will also have**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in fields such as research, science, statistics, mathematics, etc
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Base SAS®, SAS® Enterprise Guide, and Excel
- Well-developed analytical and technical skills, including the ability to collect and summarise raw data in a systematic way to build a useful dataset for further analysis
- Well-developed technical writing skills, including excellent written, oral and presentation skills with experience in presenting information to suit a variety of audiences (technical and non-technical)

This role requires and/or would benefit from the following
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn and grow
