Workforce Management (WFM) is a critical enabler in the delivery of services, or in an organisation like New Zealand Police, deployment of our most important resource - our people. A high-performing WFM function will keep our people safe, reduce risk, ensure we meet demand, manage our financial liability around leave management, and be great to work with.

**Utu ā-tau | Salary**
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $77,207 and $88,993 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
