We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Auckland. As a vital part of the IT Support team, you will be responsible for providing all employees with the hardware and software needed to perform their duties. You will help them with any technical support issues they may have.Your work will have a direct impact on supporting all Lightspeed employees across our global offices and remote workers. **What you'll be doing**:

- Provide and replace hardware equipment and standard software access.
- Ensure desks, meeting rooms, new workspaces and offices are setup.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
- Document, track and monitor issues through a service desk.
- Keep the IT Asset inventory up to date and actively contribute to ongoing process improvements by taking part in initiatives.
- Assist in administration and maintenance of existing IT systems, and implementation of new IT technologies.
- Assist in administration and maintenance of AV, server and network systems as needed.
- Assist in software and SaaS licence management duties in order to ensure compliance and cost controls.

Please note that you will be taking part in our on-call duty roster and will be working to support all employees in the APAC timezone.

**What you need to bring**:

- Experience with GSuite and/or O365 administration, Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication (e.g. Okta, OneLogin)
- Experience with Service Desk Platforms (JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow) and Enterprise Mobile Device Management
- Experience with MacOS is a bonus but not needed
- The ability to listen with empathy and a willingness to help employees with issues when needed
- Ability to write clearly and succinctly, free from errors and tech jargon
- Expertise in troubleshooting skills and following through
