**Description**:
A little bit about the role

We are hiring an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team of Technical Experts. This is a non-typical role where you will be mainly involved in identifying Incidents and problem management. You will provide your technical expertise and coordinate between multiple teams, triaging communication, and effective resolution. Part of the role is also taking ownership of the customer technical issues reported relating to Windows, Active Directory, Exchange services, Application, and see the technical problems through to resolution.

**Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Provide Level 2.5 to Level 3 Technical support and incident resolution
Contribute to planning and technical direction, identifying opportunities for business and process improvement
Be knowledgeable on the enhancements and maintenance of various applicable technologies.

**Skills and Experiences**:
A bit about you

You will be an experienced IT Technical Support engineer professional who has over 8 years hands-on experience in enterprise scale support operations. You will have finely tuned functional and technical knowledge and like the rest of our team, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

An experienced ITIL V3 certified consultant is a must for this role given the complex nature of the IT service delivery required.

You will also have proficiency in the following technologies and function to be successful in this role:
Microsoft Office 365, Windows 7, 8, 10, Windows Server
Experience in Windows Migration
Active Directory, Exchange Services and group policies
Demonstrated experience with Application support, maintenance and patching
Expertise with IT Incident and Problem Management
