Our client, a global leader is seeking a number of IT Support Technician to work on an approximately 9 months contract to perform a Hardware Refresh project.

**The duties you will perform include but not limited to;**
- Providing back-office support to the technicians
- Installation of monitors, PC/notebooks & associated peripherals
- Unpacking PC's and box clean up
- Troubleshooting PC / Printer / Image issue.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Experience in a corporate environment advantageous
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting PC / Printer / Image issues.
- You represent the Brand, so you must have the ability to communicate well with the clients.
- Professionalism in attitude, actions, and appearance.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Initiative and ability to plan and organise yourself.
- An ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and time and task management skills.
- Care and accuracy in getting the job done right.
- Be a dynamic problem solver
- Believe in delivering real customer service
- Qualifications in IT are highly desirable
- Be a proactive team player
- Have pride in your work

**IMPORTANT POINTS**:

- **Occasionally you will need to be able to travel across regional and metropolitan NZ in a team.**
- **You will need to possess a full driver's license.**
- **You will need to have your own transport (car).**
- **You will need to from time to time be able to live away from home in a company provided hotel (fully paid).**
