Partnering with departments, you’ll deliver financial insights, support strategic projects, facilitate data-driven decisions, and track ROI on capital expenditure to ensure financials align with business cases. This role also involves identifying process improvements, enhancing reporting accuracy, implementing financial controls, and leading finance-related projects and system upgrades to drive operational efficiency.

As a leader, you will manage and mentor the finance team, fostering collaboration and delegating tasks to ensure smooth financial operations. Alongside this, you will actively promote a culture of safety by adhering to company health and safety policies, reporting hazards or incidents, and participating in required training. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in achieving financial excellence and supporting strategic growth across the business.
