You'll play a key role supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our people who work across a diverse range of environments including forests, farms, ports, laboratories, and corporate offices. You'll be supported to learn and grow, with shadowing and development. Be part of an award winning team recognised at this year's Safeguard Health and Safety awards in first place for the best health and safety governance initiative. **As a Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Adviser, you will: - Triage and respond to reported health and safety incidents, ensuring timely and effective follow-up. - Provide general health and safety advice and support across MPI. - Assist with the development and implementation of key initiatives and team priorities. - Build and sustain positive working relationships with MPI staff, external providers, and other government agencies. - Support effective partnerships with iwi, hapu, and Maori organisations to ensure culturally appropriate engagement. **About You - Mou** You're honest, resilient, comfortable working through ambiguity, and enjoy engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
