This role is critical to ensuring seamless course execution, effective marketing performance, and the efficient operation of all business systems. In addition to technical strategy and implementation, the role involves providing customer and internal support to troubleshoot user issues and maintain a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.

Working closely with our marketing and fulfilment teams, as well as our virtual assistant, this role ensures that all systems function optimally while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create automation workflows and segmentation strategies using tags, conditions, and behavioral triggers
- Monitor campaign performance and produce regular analytics reports to inform strategy
- Conduct audits of the tech stack and recommend scalable tools that support business growth
- Troubleshoot user-facing issues across CRM, LMS, and integrated platforms; escalate where necessary and resolve efficiently
- Support internal teams with training, onboarding, and ongoing use of CRM, LMS, and marketing tools
- Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and documentation to ensure consistency and team knowledge retention
- Perform quality assurance checks on all campaigns, automations, and launches
- Use project management tools to track initiatives and ensure timely execution
- Collaborate to implement client-facing initiatives

**ADDITIONAL DUTIES**
- Respond to support requests from internal teams and customers with timely, helpful solutions
- Monitor recurring issues and proactively address root causes to enhance user experience
- Provide support as requested by leadership

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree
- ** Experience**: Preferred background in digital marketing, marketing automation, or CRM management
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Apple platforms
