BCITO is seeking a dynamic Digital Leader to provide leadership and direction to our cross-functional digital teams. This role is vital in developing and implementing customer-centric digital solutions while strengthening our already strong industry brand and customer service model. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to align digital initiatives with our strategic and operational objectives.

- 10+ years of experience in a digital leadership role, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, customer-centric digital outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, building a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in digital leadership and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in product ownership and modern product discovery practices.
- Excellent strategic planning and adaptability skills in a complex environment.
- A history of delivering transformational change and results.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels.
- High emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal skills.
